Our story

X Home was founded with a simple belief: no Ohio family should lose their home without knowing all of their options. We've spent years understanding the Ohio judicial foreclosure process inside and out. Too many homeowners receive a foreclosure notice and feel like there's nothing they can do.

With over 10 years of combined experience in real estate, finance, and acquisitions, we've built a team that understands the Ohio judicial foreclosure process from every angle. We've personally walked hundreds of Ohio families through their options - from loan modifications that kept families in their homes to quick cash sales that gave them a fresh start.

Anthony I.

Co-Founder

Growing up in Worthington, Anthony experienced foreclosure firsthand, fueling his passion for helping homeowners in tough situations. Before real estate, he was an acquisitions specialist in the automotive industry, making high-stakes decisions on over $20 million in vehicle purchases. This sharpened his problem-solving skills, which he now uses to guide Ohio homeowners through financial challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and spending time with close friends and family.

Wilson H., CPA

Co-Founder

Wilson graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master's in Financial Management. After graduation, Wilson began his career in the accounting and financial services industry where he obtained his CPA. After a career change to pursue his passion for real estate, Wilson combined forces with Anthony and created X Home.

Anna

Intake Specialist

Anna is one of the two voices most homeowners hear when they call X Home. She has a way of putting people at ease in stressful moments, a skill she's honed at home with her high-energy blue heeler. When she isn't on a call walking a homeowner through their options, she's outside with her dog or hosting friends in the backyard. The hardest part of reaching out is making that first call, and Anna works hard to make it feel like a conversation with a friend instead of a sales line.

Keaton

Investor Relations

Keaton works behind the scenes. He doesn't typically talk to homeowners in foreclosure - that side of the work is handled by Anna and Anthony. His job starts after a homeowner decides to sell to X Home: he underwrites the deal, taps the network of investor partners who back our cash offers, and manages the resale of the property afterward. He brings the same patience and persistence to underwriting that he does to landing a trophy bass on a quiet morning at the lake. Outside of work, you'll usually find him fishing or hunting.
